Fox Careers was a complete redesign of FoxCareers.com, the official career portal for Fox Corporation serving as the primary destination for job seekers interested in opportunities across the company's diverse media, sports, and entertainment brands. The project featured an animated Flash interface with an HTML5 fallback site for mobile devices.
This website aggregated job listings across all News Corp brands, providing a centralized platform for talent acquisition. FOX wanted to attract higher-caliber talent with a modern, engaging website that reflected their position as a leading media company while ensuring accessibility across all devices during the early mobile transition period.

This project taught me the importance of building for platform transitions. Working during the Flash-to-HTML5 shift required careful planning to deliver both innovative experiences and practical fallbacks. Integrating multiple API endpoints showed me how enterprise systems need to be both robust and flexible. The corporate context also reinforced how technology choices must align with business goals, in this case, attracting high-caliber talent while maintaining the FOX brand's innovative reputation.
Let's build engaging platforms that attract top talent and showcase your brand.
